From managing national supply chains to directing some of the country’s largest volume building companies, they have been instrumental in the creation of over 25,000 new homes.

Monvida Homes was born from a simple realisation: the "everyday" Australian family deserved better value. Brad and Justin founded this company on a "client-first" structure. By leveraging their deep industry relationships, they’ve stripped away the traditional corporate bloat, ensuring that every cost saving found is passed directly onto your contract.

Your dream shouldn't feel compromised by being locked in. Your home. Your choice of builder. Unlike other builders we don't hold your deposit hostage to trap you. In fact, we will refund other builders' deposits if you choose to move your build to us.
